Shipping Policies:

We ship to all 50 states!

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

All orders are shipped through USPS.
Orders are usually shipped in 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).

Please note: Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are a list of our holidays and considered to be a non-business day:

Return Policy:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days.
2. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Sale or Bargain Items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit or exchange.

Ordering & Payment:

How can I check on the status of my order?

You can review your order status in the My Account section of the site.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

All orders can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed for shipment. Once shipped, packages will usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Please note that holidays are NOT included in processing and shipment business days.

How will my order be shipped?

All continental US orders will be shipped with USPS. Deliveries to PO Boxes or APO's/FPO’s are shipped by USPS and take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Why was my order cancelled?

You may have made a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged twice.

You may have failed to respond in a timely fashion to an important email. Generally, these emails relate to verifying your information or completing payment.

I think I was charged twice - what should I do?

When an order is placed, our system will automatically authorize your card for the amount of your purchase. Sometimes, if there are any technical hiccups in the ordering process (i.e. you entered your billing address incorrectly and had to re-submit it), our system will authorize your card more than once. These authorizations are only “pending” charges and will not be debited from your account. Expect these “pending” charges to drop off your bill within 2-3 business days.

Promo Codes

Promotional codes may not apply to all items. Please see each promotion for details.
Alternate accounts MAY NOT be created to take advantage of promo codes.

Entering Codes

When a customer is checking out they have several fields in which to enter various codes.

Only 1 promo code can be applied to an order at a time.

Multiple store credits can be combined; customers must separate the codes with a comma. These codes can also be used in conjunction with promo codes.

All store credits are equal to cash (from a return, purchased on our website, etc.) while promotional codes were never tied to cash at any point in the code’s history.

Can I use two promotional codes on the same order?

No. A promotion code can only be used once, by one person, for one order only.
Promo codes cannot be combined with Free Shipping or % Off codes you may have received elsewhere.

Privacy Policy:

Information Collection & Use

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (including name, telephone number, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and its expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

While making a purchase from phlipseyed.com, you are given the option to create a username and password. This user name and password functionality offers our customers the ability to quickly and easily proceed through the check out process on repeat visits. We do not store your credit card information as part of this optional service. There is also the option to receive our email newsletter updates. If you choose to receive these you should expect HTML newsletter content to arrive at the email address you provided with your purchase. Phlipseyed Clothing Co. LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on phlipseyed.com.

Communications from the Site:

Special Offers and Updates

We will occasionally send you information on products, special deals, and promotions. You can sign up for these emails from us at any time on any page on the site. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications by not registering for them.

Newsletters

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications by not registering for them.

Customer Service

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

Supplementation of Information

In order to process your credit card orders, we use a third party service to validate and verify your account information. All billing and account info is transmitted via https which is a secure encrypted protocol system.

Legal Disclaimer

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our business. You cannot opt out of disclosure of your personal information if required by lawful order.

Log Files

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. We use third-party tracking services that use cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors.

Choice of Law

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of Arizona.

Force and Effect of Agreement

The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Phlipseyed Clothing Co. LLC’s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

FAQ:

How can I check on the status of my order?

To review your order status, click on the ‘My Account’ button located on the navigation. Enter your username and password (if you do not have one, please contact customer service with your invoice ID#). Finally, click the “Order Status” button.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). You will receive your package approximately 4-7 business days after that. You can check on your order status at any time by signing into your Phlipseyed Clothing Co. account.
 
How can I track my order once it has shipped?

A tracking number was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can also access this from your account.

This email will contain your tracking information including the tracking number and shipment method.

It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in the system and showing tracking information.

Why was my order cancelled?

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?

Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate returns department.

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in to the returns department and you do not have tracking the return may risk not be processed.

When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that we will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.
 
How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we have received your return at our returns department, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

Can I receive a refund if I return an item?

Yes, but only if your return request is made within 30 days of your original order.

Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds.
